Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back into their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return label email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
